Who controls your data

What we collect

• Registry data you submit: display name/brand, link, seal color.
• Contact details: email address, and anything you send via the contact or report forms.
• Transaction metadata: country, price, currency, timestamp, and a Stripe payment reference (we do not store full card numbers).
• Device, security and server logs, and moderation records where relevant.

Why we process it, and on what basis

To perform the contract when you buy a throne; to comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting); for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud and abuse; and, only where genuinely optional, with your consent.

What is public

Your display name/brand, link/logo, the country you hold, the price paid, and the timestamp are publicly visible on the map and registry, and may be indexed by search engines or shared by other users.

Who we share data with

Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and professional advisers as needed.

How long we keep data

Active throne records: for as long as the throne is active. Payment/accounting records: for the statutory period applicable to our business. Support messages: 12–24 months after closure unless a dispute requires longer. Security logs: 30–90 days by default.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, request portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

ThroneMap is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.
