Your right of withdrawal

EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because a ThroneMap placement begins publicly displaying immediately after payment, this may affect that right, subject to the explicit advance consent you give at checkout.

When we will refund

• Duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions.
• Technical failures where no throne was actually created.
• Valid statutory claims under your local consumer law.

Takeovers and moderation removals

When your throne is taken over, the new payment goes to ThroneMap, not to you — there is nothing to refund on a standard takeover. If a throne is removed for a policy breach, we assess refund eligibility case by case under our Acceptable Use Policy.

How to request a refund or withdrawal

Email info@thronemap.lol with your order/transaction reference and the country involved. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your home country.
