When you claim a throne, you agree not to:

• Impersonate any person, brand, or government, or falsely imply endorsement or affiliation.
• Infringe another party's trademark, copyright, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Link to malware, phishing pages, credential-harvesting forms, or deceptive redirects.
• Publish illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or harassing material.
• Publish another person's personal data without a valid legal basis.
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, payments, registry state, our APIs, or service availability.

Enforcement

We may reject a submission, suspend or remove a throne, retain evidence, issue a refund where legally required, and — where legally necessary — report conduct to the relevant authorities. See our Content & Rights Complaint page to report a violation.
